General Deliveries

1. Delivery Response Times
Whippit Drivers will respond within 5 Mins of a completed Delivery Order*

2. Damage in Transit
Whippit Drivers will ensure that all orders are delivered appropriately and carefully within stated times. Drivers will check delivery prior to leaving Pickup Point and indicate any damage with Delivery.

3. Confirming Customer
Whippit Drivers will ensure that customer has been confirmed prior to handing over physical goods – with exception to no contact deliver.

Alcohol Specific Deliveries

1. Delivery Response Times
Whippit Drivers will respond within 5 Mins of a completed Delivery Order*

2. Damage in Transit
Whippit Drivers will ensure that all orders are delivered appropriately and carefully within stated times. Drivers will check delivery prior to leaving Pickup Point and indicate any damage with Delivery.

3. Confirming Customer
Whippit Drivers will ensure that customer has been confirmed prior to handing over Alcoholic Goods. This process will include confirming ID is accurate, confirming customer is 18+, recieving a copy of ID and indicating to Merchant if any breaches occur.

4. RSA
All Whippit Drivers engaged in Alcohol Delivery will ensure they maintain a current RSA qualification. Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB002)

5. Adherence to RSA Laws
Whippit Pty Ltd and its Delivery Drivers will adhere to the requirements of pertaining acts related to alcohol sales in all states and territories that the service is operated.
